The correct answer is: Charles Lloyd, Forest Flower
Lloyd’s Forest Flower is a live album recorded at the Monterey Jazz Festival in 1966, and features Keith Jarrett, Cecil McBee, and Jack DeJohnette. It was a “crossover” hit and is generally acknowledged as the first jazz album to go “platinum.”
